Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Manage the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery of our facilities management services, ensuring contractual compliance is achieved within the areas under your responsibility.
  • Client Support: Provide technical support and advice to our client facilities management teams to achieve contract delivery.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership, management, and development of the contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the operational delivery of the contract, including reactive and small works, is conducted in a safe and healthy manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial delivery of the contract in line with the profit and loss statement.
  • Data Management: Manage data and administration related to the contract.
  • Site Management: Manage the site and ensure that all work is conducted in a safe and healthy manner.
  • Employee Management: Manage and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver the contract.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

  • Experience: Managerial experience at Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor level within technical and hard services is essential.
  • Skills: A 'can do' service-focused attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing business requirements are essential.
  • Education: Practical experience must include recruitment and line management/supervisory experience.
