Job Summary

The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery, ensuring contractual compliance is achieved within the areas under their responsibility in line with CV Library's policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery of facilities management services.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients to achieve contract delivery.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to the contract.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the contract.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor in a facilities management or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in facilities management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
