Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to a team of Property Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver a professional and compliant property management service.
- Team Development: Develop a highly skilled and motivated team of Property Managers, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain a compliant region in accordance with legislation and health and safety regulations, ensuring that all property management activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to external clients, meeting service levels in accordance with management agreements and ensuring that client relationships are maintained and developed.
- Financial Management: Retain the portfolio to deliver the budgeted management fee, and deliver the budgeted financial targets, ensuring that the region is financially stable and profitable.
- Business Development: Develop a strategic business plan for the Region to support its growth and full potential, actively searching for new business opportunities and maximizing fee income in the region.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Qualifications: Qualified to MIRPM and Assoc RICS, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of Property Managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
