Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the policy and procedure framework for Operational teams
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are reviewed by relevant colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business leads to understand compliance requirements across all operational areas
  • Embed policy and procedures in practice through mandatory reads, briefings, training, and periodic policy and procedure readership sessions
  • Support the Operations department by contributing to cross-cutting policies and procedures managed by other business areas

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading with accurate grammar and literacy
  • Excellent relationship management skills and proven ability to network, engage, and influence colleagues and customers
  • Knowledge of housing legislation, regulation, policy, and best practice (desirable, not essential)
