We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Policy Specialist to join our team at A2Dominion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the policy and procedure framework for Operational teams, ensuring that all areas of compliance are covered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the policy and procedure framework for Operational teams
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are reviewed by relevant colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with business leads to understand compliance requirements across all operational areas
- Embed policy and procedures in practice through mandatory reads, briefings, training, and periodic policy and procedure readership sessions
- Support the Operations department by contributing to cross-cutting policies and procedures managed by other business areas
Requirements:
- Exceptional writing skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading with accurate grammar and literacy
- Excellent relationship management skills and proven ability to network, engage, and influence colleagues and customers
- Knowledge of housing legislation, regulation, policy, and best practice (desirable, not essential)
