We are seeking a highly experienced compliance professional to join our team as an AML/Compliance Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework, particularly FCA and PRA handbooks. They will be able to assess the impact of regulatory developments on our business and work closely with senior management to ensure compliance policies are up-to-date.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assisting with the sign-off of template documents, marketing materials, financial promotions, advertising literature, presentations, and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting internal and external audit reviews and regulatory visits, proposing and delivering the Compliance Monitoring Plan, and maintaining the company Risk Register.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to develop strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business and adapt content and tone to suit different audiences.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
