Internal Sales and Business Development Liaison

About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Person Centred Software Ltd, you will be instrumental in engaging with existing clients, prospecting new customers, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process. You will be joining a highly successful sales team who are passionate about helping care providers to provide better quality of care through adopting proven digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads, book consultations with Business Development Managers, and nurture relationships to generate business deals.
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective customers and maintain accurate details on our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Reach out to existing customers to sell other products from our Connected Care portfolio and follow up with care homes following demo appointments.
- Develop strong communication and relationship management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven internal sales experience and a successful record hitting sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, experience of nurturing leads to generate business deals.
- Experience or knowledge of software systems used in the health or social care sector is desirable.
