Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging top-tier clients, securing new business, and driving sales success. Key responsibilities include calling prospective customers and qualifying leads to schedule consultations with Business Development Managers, accurately qualifying prospects and scheduling consultations, promoting other products from our Connected Care portfolio, maintaining and updating accurate details on our CRM system (HubSpot), and following up with care homes after demo appointments to answer questions and assist in closing deals.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in internal sales with a successful track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Strong communication and relationship management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Experience or knowledge of software systems used in the health or social care sector is desirable.
