POP MART, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Head for Europe to lead sales and marketing efforts in the European region. With a strong track record in sales operations and a data-driven approach, you will drive the growth and expansion of the retail business in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the European region.
  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple markets/countries, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and differentiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and local authorities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of regional managers and store staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and control budgets, costs, and inventory levels to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies in all aspects of business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in new market deployment or sales & marketing leadership roles in the retail industry, preferably within the European Region.
  • Robust strategic thinking and business planning capabilities, capable of formulating and implementing effective growth strategies for omni-channel operations.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the aptitude to make data-driven decisions in an omni-channel context.
