Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Finance Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes for our operations.

About the Role

As the Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for building and establishing a regional FP&A function, which will include local financial risk assessment and mitigation. You will work closely with our Europe Regional Director and other key stakeholders to drive financial insights and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish regional FP&A function, including local financial risk assessment and mitigation
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis required by the regional manager and director

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business partner role
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, particularly within the European market
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel or Google Sheets
