Workplace Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Manager to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across our portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities- Client On-Site Solutions: Manage the integration between Property Management and Hospitality Services to ensure a superior client experience.
- Facilities Management: Oversee office spaces and users' journeys to ensure a seamless experience.
- Vendors and Contractors Management: Facilitate and manage vendors' access to our properties, ensuring compliance with client service delivery expectations.
- Events and VIP Visits: Coordinate FM service delivery for events, ensuring effective 'joined up' delivery of services.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service background with previous experience in 4/5-star Hospitality/FM industry.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact successfully at all levels of seniority.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, self-motivated energy with a positive can-do attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Organizational: Flexible, team-oriented, and good organizer with the ability to follow up on multiple issues/queries simultaneously.
