As a Workplace Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize workplace efficiency and create an exceptional employee experience. You'll manage the front-of-house experience for all guests and employees, ensuring a functional and welcoming office environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing strategies to optimize workplace efficiency and create an exceptional employee experience
* Managing the front-of-house experience for all guests and employees, ensuring a functional and welcoming office environment
* Leading the planning and execution of local employee events that are on brand and on budget
* Acting as the culture ambassador to coordinate activities, meetings, and other community events
* Overseeing regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Collaborating to coordinate space planning, moves, renovation, and repairs
* Triage office requests from employees within appropriate SLAs
* Creating, implementing, and maintaining office policies and processes
* Managing local third-party providers such as food services, security, and janitorial

Requirements:

* A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Workplace Experience or Facilities with a significant emphasis on creating and delivering improved employee experiences
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop a team
* Exceptional budget management skills with a track record of building business cases and managing expenses effectively
* Strong attention to detail, organizational planning, time management, and multitasking abilities
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels from a vendor to executive
