Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to work within a special needs school, catering for children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.
Key Details:
- Position: SEN LSA
- Job Type: Temporary and long-term
- Hours: Full-time, 8:45 am - 15:20 pm (Monday - Friday, term time only)
- Estimated Salary: £87.90 per hour
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a level of understanding about childcare and special education requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to students with autism and social emotional and mental health needs
- Assisting with educational programs and activities
- Encouraging independence and social skills development
- Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment

Working Conditions:
