As Head of Service Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of 70+ FTE colleagues delivering Age UK's National Advice Line and Connect & Support Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, including experience of managing large budgets, leading teams, and evaluating service performance.

Key tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing service improvement plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safeguarding policies.
  • Fostering a positive team culture and developing staff skills.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify service needs and develop solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Senior leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and partners.

Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
