About the Role

This strategic leadership position requires a visionary leader with expertise in youth development, service delivery, and team management. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating our Youth Services Strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall mission and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the Youth Services Strategy, including setting ambitious targets and timelines.
  • Leading a diverse team of volunteers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure seamless integration of youth services across the organization.
  • Reviewing and improving existing practices, policies, and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of our youth services.

As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of Teenage Helpline. Your expertise and passion for youth development will help us continue to grow and improve our services, ultimately benefiting thousands of young people across the UK.
