About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and record data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Update electronic records, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and professionals, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and professionals.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and database packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare records management and be able to work independently, using initiative to resolve problems and achieve goals. The salary for this position is approximately £28,500 per annum.
