Reception and Support Services Specialist

About the JobThis role involves a range of tasks, including:
- Reception duties, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- Supporting all incoming queries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
- Chaperoning, accompanying patients during medical procedures as required
- Booking appointments, efficiently managing the scheduling system
- Processing patients via E-Systems, maintaining accurate records and updating systems accordingly
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you possess excellent communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Microsoft Office experience, proficiency in using software applications to manage administrative tasks
- Filing and record-keeping skills, ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Organizational skills, capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
