Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team, covering the north and south of the UK. This role requires a strong understanding of radio communication systems and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for customers ranging from small businesses to large global organizations
- Deliver and demonstrate radio communication equipment, as well as other complementary security and technology products
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and support post-commissioning
- Offer short-term hire systems and support services for large events and venues, requiring flexible working arrangements during weekdays and weekends
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving license
- Security Clearance (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working with RF devices and fundamental IT network knowledge
- Knowledge and experience of working on large projects with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Motorola, Hytera, Icom, Kirisun, and Caltta equipment (an advantage)
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, reviewed annually. Other benefits include:
- Company van and fuel card (with private use) provided after the probation period
- Company Pension Scheme with employee contributions
- Death in Service Scheme: 4 times basic salary paid to next of kin
- Opportunity for paid overtime
- Mobile phone, laptop, and uniform provided
- 23 days' paid holiday per annum
