Building Product Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Building Product Sales Representative to join our team at SRS Recruitment Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to promote high-quality building products to Major Contractors, Groundworkers and Civil Engineers, delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promote building products to key customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, identify trends and patterns, and inform sales strategies.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
* Participate in regular sales meetings and reviews, providing feedback and insights to inform sales strategies.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives, supporting each other to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the building products industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to utilise data analytics to inform sales strategies.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
* Strong product knowledge, with a deep understanding of building products and their applications.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
