Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a leading contractor in Northampton. This role involves overseeing commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of Social Housing projects.

  • Provide commercial expertise on contracts and valuation submissions.
  • Support project variation authorisation and submission.
  • Maximise cash flow through work valuation and invoicing.
  • Certify payments to sub-contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-Look Up.
  • Data interrogation skills necessary.
  • Prior experience with main contractors in quantity surveying essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness required.
