Lead Construction Project Manager

Seeking an exceptional Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive the commercial success of a £25 million project in Manchester. As a key member of our client's team, you will oversee cost planning, forecasting, and budget management, ensuring tight control and compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full commercial aspects of a high-value construction project.
- Procure and manage subcontractors.
- Ensure project compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark project, gain exposure to large-scale construction, and collaborate with industry experts in a supportive and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent commercial management skills, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Hertfordshire but required to travel to Manchester 1-2 times per week. In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits.
