Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd in Northampton. This is a permanent opportunity that will allow you to utilise your expertise and experience to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of quantity surveying practices, with the ability to work closely with construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Salary and Benefits

This role comes with an attractive salary package, including a negotiable annual salary (£Neg), car or car allowance ( £660 per month), discretionary bonus, and 23 days holiday plus additional days for service, as well as bank holidays and a buy/sell holiday scheme.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive pension scheme, where the employer contributes 3.5% and the employee contributes 4.5%, and a death in service benefit of *2 annual salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quantity surveying services, including estimating, cost planning, and monitoring project costs.
  • Work closely with construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, contract drawings, and other related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
