At ARC Group, we are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Lead to oversee and manage all site activities for residential construction projects.

Job Overview

This is a permanent role based in Northampton with a competitive salary of £62,500 - £67,500 + Package. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership and organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of all site activities for residential construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Leading and motivating site teams, including subcontractors and trades
  • Maintaining excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Managing and monitoring project progress, reporting to senior management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
