We're on the hunt for a seasoned Project Manager specializing in mechanical construction to oversee mechanical and commercial projects from inception to completion. The right individual should possess exceptional project management skills, with expertise in overseeing project timelines, driving milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality installations.

The selected candidate will require in-depth knowledge of project costs, contract terms, and commercial risk management. Experience in managing variations, delays, and EOT claims is crucial. A strong educational background in mechanical engineering, coupled with excellent management and communication skills, CSCS & SMSTS certifications, and relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, is vital for success.

In return for your hard work, you'll receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a Basic or Enhanced DBS Check and Financial Check. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Project, Excel, and Office, will be beneficial in this role.
