Job Title: Project Manager Associate

Location: Northampton

The Vistry Group Careers is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager Associate to join our team in Northampton. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site-based projects or remedial work. This includes controlling and delivering construction projects to meet customer specifications, such as safety, quality, and time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing site-based teams to ensure health, safety, and environmental performance standards are met.
  • Support the Site Manager in deputising duties, including motivating and managing staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program and quality requirements while promoting excellent customer relationships.
