Technical Project Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale technical projects and software product lifecycle at Barclays Bank PLC. This role requires a strong understanding of digital delivery, with experience in managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including detailed project plans and resource allocation.
  • Lead teams of software engineers, quality teams, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features.
  • IDentify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Digital delivery experience in a regulated industry.
  • JIRA board management.
  • Financial banking experience, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology.

Estimated Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
