The Role
We are seeking a friendly and positive Office Administrator (Guest Services Host) to join our team in the Salisbury offices of a financial services company. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries related to office management and front of house reception.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and clients
- Work closely with the firm's staff and other service partners to provide a high level of service
- Convey a friendly and welcoming attitude, while remaining security conscious
- Anticipate the needs of guests and go the extra mile to create exceptional experiences
- Organize and manage office duties, including reception and front of house responsibilities
