  • Content Planning & Creation: Oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a growing social media team, ensuring the team meets goals and contributes to the overall success of the marketing department.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote brand assets, products, events, and other key initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Audience Engagement: Oversee community management and ensure timely, thoughtful, and consistent engagement with our audience, fostering a positive online community.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador on social media platforms, representing The Collab Team's values, vision, and expertise in property education.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Social Media, Social Media Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies for business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a social media or content team.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and improve performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and innovative campaign ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • A passion for property investment or education is a plus.
