We are seeking an experienced Special Education Support Assistant to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students aged 3-19 with varying levels of need. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to students in both classroom and non-classroom settings.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
- Assist teachers and therapists in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or equivalent in care or support work.
- Experience working with autistic learners preferred but not essential.
- Compassionate and patient approach with a genuine desire to support and inspire students.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
