About the Role
We are seeking a Cyber Risk Management Lead to join our Kroll Responder Business Operations team as a Vice President, supporting Kroll Responder services globally. This is a critical role that will require strategic thinking, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project and change management within the cyber industry, preferably managed services. They will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing project scope, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects aligned to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex technical cyber projects involving multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
  • Manage project scope, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects aligned to strategic goals.
  • Identify and implement process transformation opportunities across service lines.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' project and change management experience within the cyber industry, preferably managed services.
  • Six Sigma qualified preferable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address barriers to project success.

Benefits
Kroll offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The successful candidate must be able to periodically work from Kroll's UK offices to support Kroll's Managed Services technical and leadership teams.
