Cyber Security and Risk Management Lead

Psychology Tools Limited is seeking an experienced Cyber Security and Risk Management Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our information security management and HIPAA compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the information security policy and accompanying standards, procedures, and guidance.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify and mitigate security risks and address gaps.
  3. Implement secure cloud-based solutions for sensitive data storage.
  4. Develop and implement a security awareness and training programme.
  5. Investigate security incidents and produce reports with recommendations.
  6. Provide security advice on procurement, projects, and new initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or Information Security, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.
  3. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
