The salary range for this role is estimated to be up to £120,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

This underwriter or broker will play a key role in driving the expansion of Aviva's cyber insurance offering in the Corporate and International space. They will work closely with the London Market Cyber U/W Manager and Head of Cyber to develop and implement strategies for growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of cyber and tech PI coverages, as well as strong communication and relationship management skills. They will also be able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.

We are looking for someone who can take part in the training, education, and development of team members. The successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our London offices, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.

A bit about the job:

We are expanding our cyber and technology PI insurance offering in the Corporate and International space, and we are looking for an experienced Underwriter or Senior Underwriter to play a key role in driving this expansion in line with Aviva's ambition to be a leading provider of cyber insurance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • In depth knowledge of Cyber and / or Tech PI coverages
  • Competent in the structuring and placement of complex insurance programmes and tailored wordings for niche and larger risks
  • Excellent network knowledge of the London Broker market, matched with confident communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as you will have to work within a close-knit team
  • Cyber-specific qualifications (e.g. CISMP, CISSP, etc) are a bonus
