About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Product Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Graduate Placements. As an Audio Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to audio equipment and systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex audio-related problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and manufacturers to ensure seamless issue resolution and product delivery.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of audio solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest audio technology and products, providing expert advice to customers and colleagues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and trade show support, highlighting the features and benefits of our audio solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Audio Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MAC and Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as a good understanding of audio technology and equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
