Job Title: Graduate Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Product Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and configure orders, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
  • Technical Expertise: Build and test custom PC audio workstations, and manage demo equipment to showcase our products.
  • Communication: Liaise with manufacturers to report and resolve issues, and assist in product demonstrations and trade shows.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions.

About You:

  • Education: A degree in Audio Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology, with proficiency in MAC and Microsoft Windows.
  • Soft Skills: Polite and confident manner, comfortable with talking to customers.
