Job Title: Graduate Product Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Product Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Careers. As a Graduate Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues related to audio technology and products.
  • Product Solutions: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and manufacturers to ensure seamless issue resolution and product delivery.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Audio Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology, with proficiency in MAC and Microsoft Windows.
  • Soft Skills: Polite and confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers, and excellent communication skills.
