About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Solutions Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited.

As an Audio Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to audio technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment and software.
  • Communication: Communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and trade shows, highlighting the features and strengths of our audio products.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Audio Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology, with proficiency in MAC and Microsoft Windows.
  • Soft Skills: Polite and confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers.
