About the Role

The successful candidate will provide community-based care and support to individuals in their own homes, focusing on promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. This will involve tasks such as washing, dressing, food preparation, and administering medication, as per client care plans.

Your Skills and Qualifications

No formal care experience or qualifications are required. However, we are looking for someone who is naturally kind, patient, and compassionate, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, plus £1 an hour enhancement for weekend work and double time for bank holidays. You will also receive mileage allowance and access to a fully-funded Medicash Health Plan.
