About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Personnel Selection. As a Sales and Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Display and Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that products are clearly coded, priced, and presented.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting changes to enhance customer service, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of products and services, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house purchasing systems.
