WR Engineering, a leading recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing, and technical sales jobs, is seeking a skilled External Sales Representative to join our team.

The Role

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Achieving set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Liaising with internal sales teams and in-house support to facilitate sales completion
  • Closing business deals and maintaining key relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs in a sales or business development role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a sales or business development capacity in an industrial or manufacturing organization is beneficial
  • Full UK driving license

Package

  • Competitive salary up to £45,000, with the potential for OTE £50,000-£55,000
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
