Nurse Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire the Team: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting choice and independence for our residents.
- Achieve High Standards of Care: Ensure that all company policies, regulations, and care plans are adhered to, and that the highest possible standards of care are maintained.
- Develop Personal Relationships: Build strong relationships with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance their quality of life.
- Deputise in Management: Take responsibility for the overall management of the care home, including production of reports, budgets, and quality of life monitoring.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Take responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents, and visitors to the home.
- Attend Training and Development: Ensure that you and your team attend training days and courses to maintain learning records and develop individual skills.
- Driven and Motivated: Be a driven and motivated individual who believes in quality care.
- Energetic and Committed: Be an energetic and committed manager who can motivate teams through passion and commitment.

- Excellent Salary: £23.71 per hour, equivalent to £48,083.88 per annum.
