Role Overview

As the Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered within this reputable care home. You will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations, fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated caregivers, promoting a culture of excellence and resident-centered care.
  • Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring they align with individual resident needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of life for residents.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and support.
Essential Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registration required).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a care home setting.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
