About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our care home management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire the Team: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Ensure that all care plans are implemented and monitored, and that residents receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Manage and Develop the Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all staff members have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with residents, their families, and external partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible care.
  • Manage Resources and Budgets: Oversee the management of resources and budgets, ensuring that the care home operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Take responsibility for the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring that the care home meets all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a care home management role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage resources and budgets effectively
