We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate school leader to join our team as a depute headteacher in Fife. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the headteacher in shaping the strategic vision for the school.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a self-improving system across the education community and beyond. You will be responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders to implement and pursue objectives set in policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the headteacher in leading and managing school improvement at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Contributing to the development of a self-improving system across the education community and beyond.

Requirements:
  • High levels of interpersonal skills and abilities to work effectively as a member of the senior leadership team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to own professional learning as a school leader through career-long professional learning activity.
  • PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and registration with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS).
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
