We are seeking a skilled individual to excel their career with a very established and reputable law firm. As a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer, you will handle a variety of high-quality matters, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity.
The role offers strong support, clear pathways for progression, and a firm commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance. You will oversee a diverse caseload, preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documentation related to residential conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
