**Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer – Cambridgeshire**

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our Residential Property team, you will handle a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of PQE experience and excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing. You will oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
  • Preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and legal documentation related to residential conveyancing.
  • Management of transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
