Senior Employment Lawyer UK Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to advise clients on all aspects of employment related matters including:

  • Disciplinary matters, grievances, ill health and discrimination issues
  • All aspects of employment tribunal litigation
  • Employment aspects of complex restructures; business acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements and corporate transactions.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of employment law and be able to lead a team of junior lawyers.

Requirements:

The requirements for this role include:

  • Degree in Law
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in employment law
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
