Job Title: Night Registered Nurse

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time, Bank

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Registered Nurse to join our team at Priory Adult Care. As a Night Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and research in gerontological nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
