About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our Ward team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote health and well-being.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Flexible and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
