They will possess a confident, positive, and helpful approach, with a strong customer focus and the ability to naturally engage with customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and go the extra mile for every customer
  • Assess customers' needs and recommend our products and services
  • Maintain our high standards, ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented, and clean with a good shelf life
  • Keep up to date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising
