Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and charismatic Beauty Expert to join our team. As a Beauty Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to our customers, including eyebrow styling, makeup lessons, and appointments. You'll be the face of our brand, and we're looking for someone who can embody our values of laughter, hard work, and dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers
  • Provide expert advice on eyebrow styling and makeup techniques
  • Conduct makeup lessons and appointments to help customers achieve their beauty goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and sales techniques
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and support events and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures
