Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and charismatic Beauty Expert to join our team. As a key member of our BrowBar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert brow styling and makeup advice, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver expert brow styling and makeup advice to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for beauty and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll also need to be confident in your ability to upsell and cross-sell products, and have a strong understanding of our products and services.
